Fog had cleared from where I headed out from, but could see the bank heading east along the Ochil Hills. By the time I'd caught up with it I was heading into the hills and up towards Glendevon.
The Castlehill fishery was closed and deserted, so the pup and I had the place to ourselves for a half hour of lurking around. The reservoir up here, as well as being used by anglers, supplies water down to Fife, with the dam holding back the River Devon until needed. Today it took on an otherwordly feel that made a great subject for bit of a photo essay.
